Risk Associate / Manager (m/w/x)

Your responsibilities
As part of the portfolio management team of Luxcara, you will take on a leading role in the risk functions and structures within the group. The key aspects of your scope of work are:- Conducting regulatory second risk assessments for infrastructure equity and debt investments
- Reviewing investment proposals and preparing decision papers
- Analyzing cash flow models and reviewing due diligence reports
- Reviewing and analyzing risk-related reporting for portfolio transactions
- Communication with investors regarding risk reporting and valuation of underlying investments
- Further development of valuation and risk models
- Lead meetings of the internal Risk Committee
- Ensuring internal know-how transfer and knowledge gain
Your profile
- University degree with above-average results
- Relevant professional experience of 3-5 years in the risk department of a bank, an insurance or a portfolio management company
- Ideally experience in the field of renewable energy or infrastructure
- Technical knowledge of financial markets, products, and processes as well as valuation and risk models
- Reliable, diligent, and a structured way of working
- Flexible and resilient, taking on ownership of processes while enjoying working in a team
- Very good communication skills in English and German, put to use with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical skills
