Hamburg-based asset manager for renewable energies is looking for a Finance Manager (m/f/x) to join the team as soon as possible and in a permanent position.

Your responsibilities
Your tasks will focus on the following areas:
- Development of financing structures for complex transactions in the clean infrastructure space in close cooperation with the investment team
- Experienced in the use of cash flow models
- Preparation of documents for market soundings
- Carrying out tenders to obtain an optimal financing structure
- Preparation and negotiation of term sheets and mandate agreements
- Confident in negotiating financing documentation for complex project financings
- Responsible for the processing of draw-down requirements
As part of the finance and controlling team of Luxcara, you will take on a leading role in international structured finance processes for the projects of the group.
Your profile
- University degree with above-average results
- Relevant professional experience of 3-5 years in the project finance department of a bank, a project developer an IPP or investment manager.
- Ideally experience in the field of renewable energy or infrastructure
- Technical knowledge of financial markets, products, and processes as well as valuation and risk models
- Reliable, diligent, and a structured way of working
- Flexible and resilient, taking on ownership of processes while enjoying working in a team
- Very good communication skills in English and German, put to use with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical skills
