Luxcara’s success story is as much about its people as it is about market competence. Luxcara was founded by Alexandra von Bernstorff and Kathrin Oechtering in 2009. In 2011, Marc Brehm and Philip Sander joined Luxcara.
For nearly 15 years, Alexandra, Marc and Philip, have served as managing partners, demonstrating Luxcara’s commitment to remaining 100% management owned. Their consistent leadership efforts have yielded substantial rewards. Not only have there been no senior departures in the past 5 years, but many senior team members have been part of the Luxcara family for more than 10 years.
